Present no more than 08 slides, please, conclude logically, and leave 02 minutes for Q&A. The 10-min time is not extendable and we solocit your strict compliance.
Use minimal text in the slides and use simple fonts like Calibri or Arial, which are available on most computers.
Avoid using words in CAPS.
The size for a presentation submission (PowerPoint mode) is 100 MB maximum. You may consider using Google Slides or a similar online slideshow platform that is accessible to all, and share the link with us. Please add our email to the list of shared viewers on Google Slides or any other SlideShare application.

Turbo Talks from selected abstracts (10 minutes):
Turbo Talk is a selected short and distilled oral presentation where the presenter will have only 05 minutes to present their findings.
We advise you to cover most of the findings in the given time, i.e. 05 minutes for the presentation. This time allocation is strict.
6 PhD scholars will be invited to present their turbo talks in the Young Investigator Forum

Poster Printing Guidelines:
To save the environment, minimise printing posters by PVC flex printing. Consider Large Format Paper printing on Thicker/Recycled paper.
Please bring a few copies of your poster, paper, and important aspects of your work to hand out to the audience and judges. You can also use QR codes for easy link sharing. Bring your visiting cards for a better outreach.
Use clear sans-serif fonts like Calibri or Arial.
Your poster size can be up to a maximum of 36 x 48" (Landscape). Preferred size would be 36" height X 48" width. Do not print posters less than A0 size. The poster should be readable from a distance of 1.5 m.
Try to include more images/ graphs in the poster. Do not have a big wall of text.
We will not be able to provide any printing services; hence, bring your posters,
Poster may be adjudged for the best poster awards. Prepare for a 1-2 min briefing of your poster when you interact with the judges. Have some handouts and reference material ready.
Although you should focus on the scientific content, it is necessary to understand that a poster presentation is a medium of communication. Thus, some level of design is expected. Have a well-designed poster. Ensure the sections are separate and readable, and the images/charts are all labelled and standalone.
Do mention your contact information on the poster, such as by a QR code.
Ideally, limit 5 important references on your poster.
